La Corsa è in questo periodo della mia vita l’attività che mi consente di mantenere il massimo equilibrio psicofisico e di intraprendere le imprese di cui il mio Io necessita. La Corsa intesa come gioia di movimento, ma anche come disciplina per la mente e il fisico.
Nella Natura io trovo il contenitore di tutte le mie esperienze e l’identificazione verso il Tutto. In essa ritrovo le similitudini con il mio Essere e che il mio Essere va cercando. La sintonia con l’universo.
La Musica è per me il costante riferimento emotivo e il sottofondo della mia esistenza. Musica intesa anche come armonia e gioia della percezione. La Musica è emozione totale. Ricerca del timbro, ma anche del ritmo. Lo specchio dei nostri tempi. Il tam tam tribale nella foresta, ma anche la cadenza sincopata della batteria elettronica.
La Pace infine è per me il valore assoluto da ricercare: Pace con gli altri e Pace con se stessi. Pace nel mondo e Pace interiore. Ricerca della Pace.
